Fund Match: Singapore Equity

Singapore is a comparatively developed market within the Asia region. The economic growth fell by 18.7% in the third quarter, but it doesn’t drag the strong growth expectation this year. Singapore equity funds gained 16.21% on average as of November-end this year.

Singapore is a comparatively developed market within the Asia region. The economic growth fell by 18.7% in the third quarter on a seasonally adjusted annualized quarter-on-quarter basis, but it doesn’t drag the strong growth expectation this year. Ministry of Trade and Industry expected the country’s economic to grow by around 15% in 2010. If the target is successfully achieved, it will probably be the most robust economy among the region and the strongest growth in Singapore history.

 

Singapore equity funds gained 16.21% on average as of November-end this year. And this week we chose two funds from the Singapore Equity category for comparison. They are UBS (Lux) EF Singapore Fund and Fidelity Funds – Singapore Fund.
